Dr. Tottori is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and by the American Board of Pediatrics. He has been in private practice treating adult and pediatric allergy and immunologic conditions in Las Vegas since 1992. He proudly served as President for the Las Vegas Children’s Foundation and Medical Director for the Las Vegas Asthma Camp and Asthma Support Group.

In addition, he is a renowned expert in his field and often featured in local television and newspaper. He is a speaker for numerous pharmaceutical companies both locally and nationally. Dr. Tottori has continuously been honored as a “Top Doctor”, since June 2000, in numerous publications.

Kathrina L. Paner, MPAS, PA-C

Kathrina joined Tottori Allergy and Asthma Associates in 2008. She is a board certified Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants since 2008. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego. She obtained her Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) with honors from Touro University of Nevada.

She has extensive clinical experience in Asthma and Allergy. In addition, she has training in the fields of Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Otolaryngology, Dermatology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Surgery, Community Medicine, Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine. She was recognized as a “Top Physician Assistant in Las Vegas” 2017/2018 by the International Association of HealthCare Professionals (IAHCP).

Kathrina enjoys spending time with her family and her interests include asthma and allergy education and outdoor activities.

He obtained his Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from Touro University of Nevada.

He regularly attends national allergy conferences, such as the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Conference. In addition, he has training in the fields of Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Psychiatric, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Surgery, Community Medicine and Emergency Medicine.

Thomas interests include volunteering for children with special needs, asthma and allergy education and music.
