David H. Tottori, MD, FACAAI
Dr. Tottori is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and by the American Board of Pediatrics. He has been in private practice treating adult and pediatric allergy and immunologic conditions in Las Vegas since 1992. He proudly served as President for the Las Vegas Children’s Foundation and Medical Director for the Las Vegas Asthma Camp and Asthma Support Group.
In addition, he is a renowned expert in his field and often featured in local television and newspaper. He is a speaker for numerous pharmaceutical companies both locally and nationally. Dr. Tottori has continuously been honored as a “Top Doctor”, since June 2000, in numerous publications.
Dr. Tottori’s interests include educating his patients, spending time with his family, playing golf and watching sports.

Thomas Chu, MPAS, PA-C
Thomas joined Tottori Allergy and Asthma Associates in 2009. He is a board certified Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants since 2009. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering: Pre Medical from the University of California, San Diego. He obtained his Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from Touro University of Nevada.
He regularly attends national allergy conferences, such as the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Conference and the Western Society of Allergy, Asthma, Immunology Conference. In addition, he has training in the fields of Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Psychiatric, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Surgery, Community Medicine and Emergency Medicine.
Thomas interests include volunteering for children with special needs, asthma and allergy education and music.

Rebecca Kim, MMS, PA-C
Rebecca joined Tottori Allergy and Asthma Associates in 2023. He is a board certified Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants since 2022. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in from the California State University, Long Beach California. She obtained her Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from Marshall B. Ketchum University.
She regularly attends national allergy conferences, such as the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Conference. In addition, she has training in the fields of Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Cardiology, Emergency Medicine, Behavioral Health/Addiction Medicine and Obstetrics/Gynecology.
Rebecca’s interests include anything to do with outdoor adventures, such as hiking and camping. She is an avid reader and enjoys listening to music/attending concerts.
